摘要
目的:探讨针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠肢体运动功能的影响及对神经细胞再生的保护作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为两组,别为假手术组、造模组。造模组大鼠参照Longa的线栓法复制MCAO大鼠模型,造模成功的大鼠再随机分为缺血组和电针组。以针刺百会穴、印堂穴、双侧足三里穴作为干预措施,观察大鼠神经行为学功能(神经功能评分,梯形平衡木检测)、测定BrdU和DCX阳性细胞个数以及免疫荧光检测BrdU和DCX共表达的情况。结果:电针治疗后,神经功能评分、梯形平衡木检测结果均有不同程度下降;BrdU和DCX阳性细胞个数也显著上升,且两者往往共同表达。结论:针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠肢体运动恢复有促进作用,对脑神经细胞的再生有保护作用。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on limb motor function in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion and its protective effect on nerve cell regeneration. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group and model group. The MCAO rats model was established by Longa thread plug method,and the rats were randomly divided into ischemia group and electroacupuncture group. Acupuntrue at Baihui( DU20),Yintang( EX-HN3),Zusanli( ST36) as intervention,we observed neurobehavioral function( nerve function score,trapezoid balance detection),determined Brd U and DCX positive cell number and immunofluorescence was detected Brd U and DCX co expression. Results: After electroacupuncture treatment,the scores of neurological function score and trapezoid balance beam decreased in different degrees. The number of Brd U and DCX positive cells also increased significantly,and both of them often expressed together. Conclusion: Acupuncture can promote the recovery of limb movement in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,and has a protective effect on the regeneration of brain nerve cells.
