中国与越南水产品产业内贸易问题的实证研究

摘要
中国与越南两国开展的水产品贸易不断扩大,两国间的水产品贸易是产业内贸易还是产业间贸易?本文基于2000—2015年中越两国水产品贸易数据,实证研究了产业内贸易问题,发现两国间水产品贸易属于产业间贸易。中越两国水产业要素禀赋、政府的支持程度存在差异,水产品国际竞争力不强,并面临激烈的竞争,水产品出口受到技术性贸易壁垒的影响。中国需要以创新科技水平促进水产业持续发展,政府需要正确引导水产业健康发展,增强水产品的国际竞争力,积极应对水产品技术性贸易壁垒,促进双边水产品贸易的健康、稳定和可持续发展。
The aquatic products trade between China and Vietnam has been expanding,and the aquatic products trade between the two countries is intra-industry trade or inter-industry trade?Based on the data of aquatic product trade between China and Vietnam from 2000 to 2015,this paper makes an empirical study of intra-industry trade and finds that the trade of aquatic products between the two countries belongs to inter-industry trade.There are differences between China and Vietnam in the factor endowment of aquaculture and government support,the international competitiveness of aquatic products is weak and facing fierce competition.At the same time,the aquatic product export under the influence of technical barriers to trade.China needs to innovate on technology to promote sustained development of aquaculture;the government needs to correctly guide the healthy development of aquaculture,enhances the international competitiveness of aquatic products,actively responds to technical barriers to trade of aquatic products,and promotes the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the bilateral trade of aquatic products.
