摘要
目的通过文献计量学方法对我国加压冷疗装置在骨科患者中的应用现状进行分析,明确现存问题,为今后的研究方向提供参考。方法确定文献检索式,检索CBM、CNKI、万方数据库中自建库以来至2018年6月公开发表的以骨科患者加压冷疗装置应用为主题的相关文献。结果经过筛选共纳入符合标准的文献114篇,发文量从2010起呈现增长趋势;以105篇(92.11%)期刊文献为主,共刊载于76种期刊上;文献共来自26个地区,以广东省、四川省、北京市发文量居多;以实验性研究为主;研究人群集中在骨折患者、关节置换术后、关节镜术后。结论加压冷疗装置在骨科患者中的应用已经得到国内研究者的关注,但对冷疗仪器具体使用方法的研究较少,未见探讨仪器的成本效益问题,并且研究设计缺乏严谨性、研究质量有待加强。
        Objective To analyse the current status of the application of cryopneumatic device among orthopedic patients in China,clarifying the present issues,for providing the references for future study.Methods The formula of retrival was determined, the literature which was the topic of the application of cryopneumatic device among orthopedic patients was retrieved in the domestic databases,such as CBM、CNKI and WanFang database, from inception to June,2018. Results 114 articles were eligible for inclusion,the quantity of literatures presented a growing trend from 2010;the most journal articles(105)were published in 76 journals;the first authors were from 26 provinces,the most from Guangdong、Sichuan、Beijing;the type of research was mainly experiment study;the study population of the majority of articles were patients with fracture or joint replacement or arthroscopic surgery.Conclusion The application of cryopneumatic device among orthopedic patients has been focused,but the study of device's operational approach is insufficient,and there is no research on the cost of device,the research design is not rigorous enough, the research quality needs to be improved.
