术中体位改变致气管导管移位1例报告

摘要
<正>1病例资料患者女,49岁,身高156cm,体质量为51kg。因"右上臂疼痛2个月,健康体检发现椎管内占位"于2019年2月10日入住我院。体格检查:右上臂外侧放射性疼痛,无其他明显阳性体征;磁共振检查示T_(2～3)椎管内占位;胸部X线检查示心肺未见异常,气管居中;实验室检查未见异常。拟于2019年2月13日全身麻醉下行胸椎后路椎管内肿瘤切除内固定术。
