摘要
[目的]研究栽植方式对西洋参生长量的影响。[方法]通过对比西洋参在林下容器苗栽植、林下裸根苗栽植和大棚裸根苗栽植3种栽植方式下地上部分和地下部分的生长量,找出适于西洋参生长的栽植方式。[结果]3种栽植方式下西洋参株高的年净生长量差异显著,表现为林下容器苗﹥林下裸根苗﹥大棚裸根苗;林下容器苗栽植和大棚裸根苗栽植的西洋参主根粗显著大于林下裸根苗栽植的西洋参;须根数、根鲜重、根干重表现为林下容器苗﹥大棚裸根苗﹥林下裸根苗;而根部含水率表现为林下裸根苗﹥林下容器苗﹥大棚裸根苗。[结论]林下容器苗栽植的西洋参生长及产量较高,适于规模化栽植。
        [Objective] To study effect of cultivation methods on the growth of Panax quinquefolium. [Method]By comparing the growth of above-ground and underground parts of Panax quinquefolium in three kinds of cultivation methods induding the container cultivation in forests,cultivation in forests and cultivation in plastic greenhouse,the cultivation method suitable for the growth of P. quinquefolium was found. [Result]The annual net height growth of P. quinquefolium had significantly differences among three cultivation methods,and the sequence of height was container seedling in forests > bare-rooted seedling in forests > bare-rooted seedling in greenhouse. The difference of main root thickness was significant,and the root thickness of container seedling in forests and bare-rooted seedling in greenhouse were obviously larger than that bare-rooted seedling in forests. Number of root fibrils,the fresh weight and the dry weight of the roots were all order by that container seedling in forests > bare-rooted seedling in greenhouse > bare-rooted seedling in forests. However,the water content of the roots sorted into bare-rooted seedling in forests > container seedling in forests > bare-rooted seedling in greenhouse. [Conclusion]The container seedling of P.quinquefolium cultivated under the forests had high yield,and suitable for large-scale cultivation.
