基于大数据的“一带一路”沿线国家孔子学院分布研究

摘要
"一带一路"沿线孔子学院的分布是否和所在国的国情匹配是一个重要问题。"一带一路"沿线国家孔子学院的布局呈现不同的类型和特点,大部分国家孔子学院的布局达到基本匹配以上等级,但总体而言匹配度需要提高。孔子学院的分布需要服务国家外交和"一带一路"需求,科学规划,精准布局,解决发展不均衡不充分等问题。文章利用人口、教育、经济等大数据,多视角分析孔子学院在"一带一路"上的分布状况和存在问题,并提出"一带一路"沿线国家孔子学院发展布局的对策和建议。
Whether the allocation of the Confucius Institutes(CIs)in the Belt-and-Road countries matches the conditions of each country is a significant issue.This paper analyzes the allocation of CIs by using the big data of each country's population,education,economy,etc.,and puts forwards the strategies and suggestions for improving the allocation of CIs.It is found that the allocation of CIs in each country has its own types and features.The allocation of most CIs reaches its basic matching requirements;however,the overall matching degree needs to be improved.The allocation of CIs is required to serve China's diplomacy and the Belt and Road Initiative.Scientific planning and targeted allocation are required to solve the problem of imbalance and insufficiency.
