基于微信表单和二维码技术的手术室贵重仪器管理

摘要
目的探讨微信图文编辑器联合电子表单和二维码技术在手术室仪器管理中的应用效果。方法通过微信图文编辑器联合电子表单和二维码扫描技术对手术室贵重仪器进行精准化管理,建立手术室贵重仪器目录,利用电子表单工具制作仪器使用登记表、检查清点表、维护保养登记表及查询状态追溯表,利用微信图文编辑器将图文并茂的仪器信息与各类表单进行美化编辑,最终生成二维码,护士可利用手机扫描二维码进行仪器使用登记,查询仪器现状及了解仪器相关信息,同时表单后台为精准化成本效益分析提供准确数据。应用此联合技术管理仪器后,对护士进行仪器操作与管理满意度调查,并比较应用前后护士仪器使用的理论及操作考核分数。结果护士对仪器操作与管理的满意度得到提升(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。护士在仪器的理论与操作考核分数上也有明显提高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论应用微信图文编辑器联合电子表单和二维码技术管理手术室贵重仪器,规范仪器的管理,提高手术室护士仪器的理论与操作水平,节约成本投入,为医院仪器成本效益分析提供精准化的数据。
Objective To explore the application effect of Wechat Graphic-Text Editor combined with electronic form and two-dimensional code technology in management of instruments in operating room.Methods The precise management of surgical precious instruments was carried out by using Wechat Graphic-Text Editor combined with electronic form and two-dimensional code scanning technology. The catalogue of surgical precious instruments was established. The electronic form tools were used to for mulate instruments registration forms, checklist forms, maintenance registration forms and query status retrospective tables. The instrument information with both graphics and texts was added to various forms by Wechat Graphic-Text Editor. After being beautified and edited, the two-dimensional code was finally generated. Nurses could use the mobile phone to scan the two-dimensional code to register the use of the instrument, inquire about the status of the instrument and know about the relevant information of the instrument. Meanwhile, the form background information provideed accurate data for accurate cost-benefit analysis. After the application of the combined technical management instrument, nurses' satisfaction with the instrument operation and management was investigated, and the scores of theory and operation examination before and after the application of the instrument were compared. Results Nurses' satisfaction with the instrument operation and management was improved(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Nurses' scores in theory and operation of the instrument were also significantly improved(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of Wechat Graphics-Text Editor combined with electronic form and two-dimensional code technology in the management of valuable instruments in the operating room can standardize the management of instruments, improve operating room nurses' ability to operate the instruments theoretically, save cost and input, and provide accurate data for cost-benefit analysis of hospital instruments.
