摘要
针对运载火箭贮箱壁板厚度人工检测劳动强度大、点位分布不均匀、数据稳定性差等难题,开展了大型贮箱壁板厚度激光检测技术研究。利用激光测厚基本原理,设计了一套自动检测装备,实现了贮箱壁板厚度实时测量与反馈,达到了贮箱壁板厚度的快速、准确测量的目的,提升了航天产品自动化制造与检测能力。
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,uneven distribution of measurement point,and poor stability of data,for manual thickness measurement of Rocket Tank Sheets,the research on laser detection is carried out. By the basic principle of laser thickness measurement,a set of automatic detection equipment is designed,realized the thickness measurement of rocket tank sheets and real-time feedback. It achieves the purpose of rapid,accurate thickness measurement of rocket tank sheets,raise the automation capabilities in manufacture and measurement.
