<正>"头晕"是神经内科最常见的症状之一,美国及英国基于社区人群的调查结果显示,头晕的发生率为21%～29%,其致病原因非常复杂,临床上常见病因包括良性发作性位置性眩晕(BPPV)、梅尼埃氏病、后循环缺血等,而其他一些头晕病因,虽然临床上很常见,但由于未重视,对其概念缺乏认识~([1])。慢性主观性头晕(Chronic subjective dizziness,CSD)主要表现为反复慢性的非旋转性头晕或主观性的行走不
