摘要
针对富全铁矿生产作业过程和地质测量过程一体化管理问题,在总结山东富全矿业生产管控建设项目的基础上,构建了面向金属矿山的富全地质资源智能管控系统架构。在此基础上完成了系统整体功能架构及各个层级功能体现设计,研发并实现了B/S架构下的生产过程管控系统。并在山东富全铁矿投入使用前后效果进行对比分析,系统投入使用后显著减少了人员配备数量、提高了生产能力和信息的流通效率,为矿山企业生产管控部门提供了必要的基础生产信息和战略决策支持。
        In view of the integrated management of Fuquan iron ore production operation process and geological survey process,based on the summary of Shandong Fuquan mining production control and construction project,we constructed the intelligent management and control system architecture for metal mines,which is rich in all geological resources.On this basis,the whole system function architecture and the design of each level function are completed,and the production process control system under the B/S architecture is developed and realized.The comparative analysis before and after the full use of Shandong has significantly reduced the number of staffing,improved the capability of production and the efficiency of information circulation,and provided the necessary basic production information and strategic decision support for the production control department of mining enterprises.
