陆为民运用薏苡附子败酱散经验拾萃

摘要
薏苡附子败酱散,出自张仲景的《金匮要略》,是治疗肠痈脓成的代表方剂,具有排脓解毒、散结消肿之功。陆师认为该方以温里药与清热药配伍,主要病机为阳虚寒湿兼有瘀热,该方寒热并用、虚实同调,临证运用只要把握病机,灵活加减,可适用于多种疾病。不仅要抓住其主治特点还需根据具体情况对药味进行剂量调整,或加味、合方使用,以增疗效。
Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder, from synopsis of Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing, is a representative prescription for intestinal carbuncle abscess.
