摘要
研究了以电子印章为载体的数字水印信息嵌入及提取技术,可应用于合同和官方文档的认证和防伪。提出了一种基于霍夫变换的印章数字水印算法,利用霍夫变换检测到待嵌水印的圆形印章圆环区域,对圆环区域进行编码,将数字水印信息进行二进制转换后,嵌入到印章中;对彩色打印输出的嵌入数字水印的印章经图像扫描并进行水印检测获得嵌入的数字水印信息,从而实现了在电子印章中的水印信息嵌入和提取。实验结果证明该算法能够适应电子印章的部分遮挡及不同类型的打印机的打印效果,具有良好的鲁棒性。
        We studied the digital watermark information embedding and extraction technology using electronic seal as a carrier,which can be applied to the certification and anti-counterfeiting of contracts and official documents.A digital watermarking algorithm based on Hough transform is proposed.The circular seal area of the watermark to be embedded is detected by Hough transform.The circular area is encoded,and the digital watermark information is converted into a stamp and then embedded in the seal.The watermark is embedded in the electronic seal and the watermark information embedded in the electronic seal is embedded and extracted.The experimental results show that the algorithm can adapt to the partial occlusion of the electronic seal and the printing effect of different types of printers,and has good robustness.
