摘要
目前,青岛中德生态园可持续发展进入新阶段,园区规模不断扩大,并提出了建设国际一流园区的目标。在此背景下,园区启动了指标体系2.0研究工作,并对1.0版指标体系的实施效果从可操作性、可统计性的角度进行系统评价。对标联合国《2030年可持续发展议程》的17项目标,根据实施效果和指标先进性,按照"不变、删减、修改、合并"的原则,初步提出了40项指标。未来,将在中德生态园部门管理形成指标管控体系,按照统计监测要求形成统计体系和展示平台,针对可持续发展要求形成绿色生态手册。为中德生态园未来实现标准化、智慧化、新旧动能转化提供进一步支撑。
        At present, the sustainable development of Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark has entered a new stage, and the scale of the park has been continuously expanded, and the goal of building an international first-class park has been put forward. Under this background, the park started the research work on index system 2.0, and systematically evaluated the implementation effect of the 1.0 index system from the perspective of operability and statistics. In line with the 17 goals of the United Nations "2030 Sustainable Development Agenda", according to the principle of "immutability, deletion, modification, and merger", the implementation effect and the advanced nature of the indicators, 40 indicators were initially proposed. In the future, an indicator management and control system will be established in the Sino-German Ecopark sector to form a statistical system and a display platform in accordance with the statistical monitoring requirements, and a green eco-book will be developed for requirements of sustainable development, which will provide further support for the standardization, wisdom, and transformation of old and new kinetic energy in the future of SinoGerman Ecopark.
