摘要
以开关磁阻压砖机的系统能耗为研究目标,研究开关磁阻压砖机的整体结构及打击方式,利用开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制驱动压砖机。分析打击过程能量分配及去向,提出能耗计算公式,分析打击过程五个阶段,提供加速度公式。结合MATLAB/Simulink软件,建立开关磁阻压砖机能耗仿真模型,仿真模拟电能耗电量和打击过程能耗波形。将仿真结果与数字功率计采集数据作比较,结果显示仿真效果明显。能耗仿真模型能有效实现开关磁阻压砖机打击能耗仿真控制,实现能源智能化管理。
Taking the system energy consumption of switched reluctance brick press as the research object,the overall structure and striking mode of switched reluctance brick press were studied by utilizing direct torque control of switched reluctance motor to drive the brick press. The energy distribution and direction of the strike process were analyzed. The energy consumption calculation formula was put forward. Five stages of the strike process were analyzed,and the acceleration formula was provided. Combining with MATLAB/Simulink software,the energy simulation model of switched reluctance tiles was established to simulate the power consumption and the energy consumption waveform of striking process. The simulation results were compared with the data collected by digital power meter. The results show that the simulation effect is obvious. The simulation model of energy consumption can effectively realize the simulation control of switched reluctance brick press' s strike energy consumption and realize intelligent energy management.
