摘要
目的探讨儿童石骨症合并髋部骨折的手术干预的必要性。方法回顾性总结分析2017年3月至2018年12月我院收治的3例儿童石骨症髋部骨折患儿,3例患儿均采用手术治疗,2例股骨颈骨折行闭合复位空心螺钉固定术,1例股骨粗隆间骨折行切开复位钢板内固定术。结果所有病例均得到随访,患儿术后平均随访时间为(13.6±0.7)个月。术后平均髋部骨折骨愈合时间为(120.5±2.5)d,髋关节功能恢复良好。3例患儿均无肢体不等长、髋内翻、骨不连和感染等并发症。结论石骨症患儿髋部骨折采用闭合或开放复位内固定,手术效果良好。为避免患儿的再次骨折,应加强随访。
        Objective To explore the necessity of surgical intervention in children with osteolithiasis and hip fracture.Methods From March 2017 to December 2018, 3 children with osteolithiasis and hip fracture treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All 3 children were treated by operation, 2 cases of femoral neck fractures were treated by closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation, and 1 case of femoral intertrochanteric fracture was treated by open reduction and plate internal fixation. Results All cases were followed up. The average follow-up time was(13.6±0.7) months. Bone healing achieved in all hip fractures after operation, with average healing time of(120.5±2.5) days, and hip joint function recovered well. There were no complications such as unequal limb length, coxa vara, nonunion and infection in all 3 cases.Conclusion Closed or open reduction and internal fixation is used for hip fracture in children with osteopetrosis, and the effect of operation is good. In order to avoid the re-fracture of the children, follow-up should be strengthened.
