摘要
目的:分析鉴别黄芪赤风汤提取物化学成分。方法:采用高效液相色谱-离子阱-飞行时间质谱法(LCMS-IT-TOF)对黄芪赤风汤提取物化学成分进行分析,采用Venusil MP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾离子源为质谱离子源,正、负离子检测模式,获得不同化合物的多级质谱数据。结果:根据高分辨质谱数据信息,结合对照品质谱信息及相关文献,共鉴定推断出41个化合物。结论:LCMS-IT-TOF可全面、快速分析黄芪赤风汤提取物中的化学成分,为其质量控制提供参考。
        Objective: To analyze chemical compositions in the extract of Huangqi Chifeng Decoction. Methods: The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry-ion trap-time-of-flight( LCMS-ITTOF) method was applied to analyze the extract of Huangqi Chifeng Decoction. The chromatographic separation was performed on Venusil MP-C18 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution of acetonitrile( A)-water( B). Multistage mass spectrometry data of different compounds was obtained by using electrospray ionization source and monitoring in positive and negative ion modes. Results: Forty-one chemical constituents were identified based on the characteristic MS/MS fragment ions data with chemical standards and published literature. Conclusion: The method is rapid and comprehensive,which is useful for quality control of the extract of Huangqi Chifeng Decoction.
