乡村振兴战略背景下大学生农村就业影响因素评价研究

摘要
乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,大学生是乡村振兴战略的重要生力军,高校肩负着为乡村振兴战略培育人才的重要任务.对接乡村振兴战略,深入分析大学生农村就业影响因素,探索大学生就业影响因素的变化,对有针对性地做好大学生就业指导、就业引导及就业服务工作具有重要的现实意义.用层次分析法构建大学生农村就业影响因素层次模型,用Matlab软件求解并对结果分析得知,乡村振兴战略实施以来,性别、社会保障体系及家庭观念因素跃升成为影响大学生农村就业的主体因素.政府、高校、企业应积极发挥自身职能作用,不仅要为大学生农村就业解除后顾之忧,更要激发其学习热情,做好大学生农村择业引导工作和就业指导工作,提高大学生农村就业的适应能力.
The rural revitalization strategy is the general grasp of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era. College students are an important force in the rural revitalization strategy. Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating talents for the rural revitalization strategy, docking the rural revitalization strategy, and analyzing the rural employment of college students. Influencing factors, exploring the changes in the factors affecting the employment of college students, have important practical significance for targeted employment guidance, career guidence, and employment services for college students. The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the hierarchical model of the factors affecting rural employment in college students. The matlab software is used to solve the problem and the results are analyzed. Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the gender, social security system and family concept factors have become the main factors affecting the rural employment of college students.Governments, universities, and enterprises should actively play their own functions, not only to relieve the worries of college students' rural employment, but also to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, to do a good job in guiding rural students' career choice and employment guidance, and to improve the adaptability of college students in rural employment.
