摘要
以降低压台区损失率、提高配电效率为目的,对用电信息采集系统进行了整体研究;将系统采集数据和理论数据相融合,提出了一种基于多源数据互补技术的线损智能分析技术。为验证其有效性,对某供电公司异常线损典型案例进行分析,详细分析了0.4 kV和10 kV分压线异常线损原因;结合地区实际情况和理论线损数据,提出了针对性解决措施。实施结果表明:该平台具有台区线损率历史曲线分析、线损率波动分析、线损明细分析及线损合格率分析等功能;验证了该平台的实用性,为电力企业的台区线损治理工作提供了科学依据。
        In order to reduce the loss rate and improve the efficiency of distribution in the voltage platform area,the power information acquisition system is studied as a whole.A line loss intelligent analysis technology based on multisource data complementary technology is proposed by integrating the system acquisition data and theoretical data.In order to verify its effectiveness,a typical case of abnormal line loss in a power supply company is analyzed,and the causes of abnormal line loss in 0.4 k V and 10 k V voltage dividers are analyzed in detail.Combined with the actual situation of the region and the theoretical line loss data,the targeted solutions are put forward.The implementation results show that the platform has the functions of historical curve analysis of line loss rate,fluctuation analysis of line loss rate,line loss subdivision analysis and line loss qualification rate analysis.It verifies the practicability of the platform and provides a scientific basis for the management of line loss in power enterprises.
