“一带一路”视阈下的少数民族女性发展研究

摘要
女性是人类历史的组成部分、文化传承的关键力量、家庭建设的重要角色,在社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。但是,少数民族女性的发展长期以来呈现滞后状态,背后有多重原因造成。少数民族地区是"一带一路"实施区,自合作倡议实施以来,少数民族地区的人文、经济和教育等各方面都有了很大的提升,这对于少数民族女性群体来说,也是难得的成长和发展机遇,抓牢"一带一路"建设的优良条件,提高少数民族女性的社会地位,提升女性的综合素质及能力,使这一群体成为带动少数民族全员参与"一带一路"建设的榜样,为促进民族地区经济和社会发展作贡献。
Women are an integral part of human history, a key force in cultural heritage, and an important role in family building,and they play a pivotal role in social development. However, the development of minority women has long been lagging behind,with multiple reasons behind it. Minority areas are the strategic implementation areas of "The Belt and Road Initiative". Since the implementation of the cooperative initiative, the humanities, economy and education in ethnic minority areas have been greatly improved.For the group of ethnic minority women, it is also a rare opportunity for growth and development, grasping the excellent conditions for the construction of "The Belt and Road", improving the social status of ethnic minority women, and improving women's comprehensive quality and ability, and making this group an example that will lead all ethnic minorities to participate in the construction of the "The Belt and Road" and contributing to the promotion of economic and social development in ethnic areas.
