关系治理对建筑工程项目质量绩效的影响研究——合作质量的中介效应

摘要
基于网络关系理论、资源基础理论、项目管理理论以及关系治理理论,以"关系—合作—绩效"为逻辑框架,构建关系治理、合作质量对建筑工程项目质量绩效的研究假设及概念模型,通过样本的数据调查,运用SPSS和AMOS软件对概念框架进行信效度检验和结构方程模型分析.实证结果显示,合作质量作为关系治理与建筑工程项目质量绩效的中介变量,与建筑工程项目质量绩效之间具有显著正相关关系.最后,归纳总结了合作质量作为中介变量的质量绩效提升路径,为建筑工程项目实践提供了理论指导.
On the basis of NRT, RBT, PMT and RGT, this study constructs theoretical framework and hypotheses of the impact of relationship governance, cooperative quality on Quality Performance of Construction Project, using SPSS and AMOS software to verify and demonstrate reliability and validity test and structural equation model analysis of conceptual framework through data sample survey. The results show that cooperative quality, as an intermediary variable between relationship governance and quality performance of construction projects, has significantly positive roles on Quality Performance of Construction Project. Finally, this study summarizes the way to improve Quality Performance of cooperative quality as an intermediary variable, which provides theoretical guidance for the practice of Construction Projects.
