摘要
目的肿瘤细胞异型性的准确识别是恶性肿瘤得到早期发现、确诊和治疗的关键。本文提出一种"利用强激光质子束对细胞样品透视成像技术"观测肿瘤细胞异型性的新途径,并以蚂蚁作为生物样本进行初步观察。方法基于上述质子透视成像技术,拟使用FLUKA蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo,MC)程序,依据强激光质子束的特点,对质子透视成像进行定量的模拟研究,分析影响质子透视成像的主要因素,并以蚂蚁作为样品,用皮秒激光脉冲辐照固体靶,在靶背表面产生高能质子束透视生物样品成像。结果实验测量得到了三种质子束空间分布,圆盘结构、中心成丝结构和环状结构。通过实验验证可获取清晰的,视场适中可达mm级,空间分辨适中可达1μm,并具有密度分辨力的二维蚂蚁透视图像。结论强激光质子束透视成像具有较好的视场,较高的对比度,适合的空间和密度分辨力的二维透视图像,为肿瘤细胞分析上的应用提供了可能性。
        Objective Accurate recognition of tumor cell atypia is the key to early detection,diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. A new way of " cell sample perspective imaging with intense laser produced proton beam" is proposed for observation of tumor cell atypia.Methods Based on the proton perspective imaging technology and the characteristics of the intense laser proton beam,FLUKA Monte Carlo( MC) program was used to do the simulation study on proton perspective imaging and analyze the main physical factors affecting the imaging.Results The experimental results present three kinds of proton beam spatial distribution: disc structure,silk in center structure and ring structure. A clear and millimeter level field of view resolution and micron level spatial resolution was obtained in the experiment.Conclusions Compared with traditional way of imaging,proton perspective imaging will produce two-dimensional images of good view,higher contrast and appropriate spatial and density resolutions. They will provide credible criteria for early cell mutation.
