普外科护理不安全因素分析及干预措施探讨

摘要
目的探讨普外科护理不安全因素分析及干预措施。方法对82例普外科患者基础资料收集整合并纳入研究,参照区组随机设计原则划分本组患者为两组,即对参照组41例、研究组41例。前组患者采用常规护理,后组采用患者安全性护理,统计整合两组与护理的相关数据指标情况并进行比较。结果研究组护理满意度明显高于参照组,P<0.05;研究组患者危险事件发生几率小于参照组,P<0.05。结论普外科临床护理时采用安全护理方式可降低患者发生危险事件的几率,并可以提升患者对护理的满意度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the analysis of unsafe factors and intervention measures in general surgery nursing.Methods The basic data of 82 patients with general surgery were collected, integrated and included in the study. The patients in this group were divided into two groups according to the random design principle of the reference group, namely, 41 patients in the reference group and 41 patients in the research group. Routine nursing was used in the former group, and safety nursing was used in the latter group. Statistical integration and comparison were made between the two groups on relevant data and indicators of nursing. Results Nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, P<0.05;The incidence of risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of safe nursing methods in general surgery clinical nursing can reduce the risk of dangerous events in patients, and can improve patients' satisfaction with nursing, worthy of clinical promotion.
