张文红中西医结合治疗围绝经期功血经验总结

摘要
围绝经期功血是女性卵巢功能衰退,卵巢对垂体促性腺激素的反应性低下,引起内分泌机制失常的一种表现,严重影响到女性的身心健康。西医治疗主要以激素和手术治疗为主;中医认为围绝经期功血的发病是肾—天癸—冲任—胞宫轴的严重失调,其主要病机是肾虚,冲任损伤,不能制约经血,使胞宫藏泄失常,发为崩漏;治疗上以补肾为主;导师张文红教授结合中西医各自优势,临床上用自拟方补肾止血方联合激素或手术治疗,疗效满意。
The peri-menopausal bleeding is the dysfunctional express of endocrine mechanism that is caused by the ovarian low response to Pituitary gonadotropin with the ovarian function declines. It seriously affects the female physical and mental health. The Western medicine treatment mainly focuses on hormones and surgical treatment. TCM is believed that the peri-menopausal bleeding is caused by the serious disorder of the kidney, menstruation, chong and ren, uterus. The main pathogenesis is deficiency of the kidney, chong and ren damaged, cannot restrain the menstrual blood in uterus result to uterine bleeding. The mainly therapy is tonifying kidney. Professor Zhang Wenhong who connects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,treats the peri-menopausal bleeding by combining the hormones and surgical treatment with self-made Bushen Huoxue recipe in clinic, and the curative effect is better.
