生命哲学视阈下的《太平经》养生思想探究

摘要
通过对与人体密切相关的精气神、形神范畴的阐释,《太平经》形成了以"精气神合一"的生命构成、"以气为本"的生命本质、"形神合一"的生命状态为主体的生命哲学。从生命哲学出发,基于得道成仙地追求,经中确立了"爱气尊神重精"的养生修道原则。进而,《太平经》以生命哲学为基础,以养生原则为依据,沿着"养神""炼形"的进路发展出一系列养性延命的方法。这种从理论到实践的完整体系结构,构成了《太平经》对人的生命及养生思想的深刻认识,其中所蕴含的科学精神与价值对当代社会仍具有积极作用。
Through the interpretation of the human body,the philosophy of life in Tai Ping Jing thoughts that the body of life consists of essence,vitality and spirit,the nature of life is vitality,and life existence depend on the unity of body and spirit. On the basis of this life philosophy and ultimate goal of Tai Ping Jing that attain wisdom and become celestial beings,Tai Ping Jing regards developing factors about life philosophy as basic principle of regimen. Starting from this,Tai Ping Jing tries to prolong human life through various ways. The complete structural system from theory to practice in Tai Ping Jing reflects its profound understanding about life and regimen,and its scientific spirit and values still play a positive role in modern society.
