基于模块化的PLM系统设计研究

摘要
随着工业4.0和智能化改造的大力推进,产品的生命周期管理PLM系统的角色越来越重要。本文研究针对运用Teamcenter数据管理平台进行PLM系统完善,构建基于Teamcenter模块化的PLM三维模型的设计研发管理平台。通过基于模块化PLM系统的建设,从各工业系统集成、产品设计、产品研发、工艺、仿真分析平台搭建、BOM管理新方法等方面进行PLM系统设计研究,通过项目管理、流程管理和系统集成,对产品数据进行统一管理,提高效率。
        With the vigorous advancement of Industry 4.0 and intelligent transformation, the role of product lifecycle management PLM system is becoming more and more important.The This paper studies the implementation of PLM system using Teamcenter data management platform, and a design and development management platform based on Teamcenter modular PLM 3D model is constructed. Through the construction of modular PLM system, PLM system design research is carried out from various industrial system integration, product design, product development,process, simulation analysis platform construction and new BOM management method, through project management,process management and system integration, product data is managed in a unified manner to improve efficiency.
