摘要
目的探讨双硫仑在肿瘤治疗研究的作用机制和临床应用情况。方法通过查阅Pubmed数据库、万方数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊全文数据库,检索2000年1月至2018年4月有关研究双硫仑在肿瘤治疗方面的相关文献,归纳、分析并总结。结果与结论双硫仑可通过多种途径抑制肿瘤细胞生长或诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,具有低价、安全的特点,在抗肿瘤领域具有广阔的研究前景。
Objective To investigate the mechanism and clinical application of disulfiram in the treatment of tumors.Methods The relevant literature on disulfiram in the treatment of cancer from January 2000 to April 2018 were retrieved from Pubmed database,Wanfang database, CNKI and VIP database, and then the literature was analyzed and summarized.Results and Conclusion Disulfiram can inhibit the growth of tumor cell or induce the apoptosis of tumor cell through various pathways, and it has the characteristics of low cost and high safety,which has broad research prospects in the field of anti-tumor.
