摘要
国产折臂式抓管机在厂内试验过程中吊爪有较大幅度的摆动,尤其是操作不熟练的人员更为明显,如果在浮式钻井平台上摆动可能会更大。通过三维建模软件UG分别对抓管机和海况进行建模,用ADAMS分别对折臂式抓管机安装在固定钻井平台和浮式钻井平台时自由悬垂式吊爪操作过程进行运动仿真。分析结果表明:吊爪摆动的主要因素是启停快慢和操作人员的熟练程度,而海况影响相对较小;抓管机操作启动越快,吊爪开始时摆幅越明显;经过2~3次振荡后,摆幅有所下降;抓管机操作启动越慢,吊爪操作时摆幅明显变小;空载时吊爪的摆动频率明显高于带载。所得结论可为抓管机吊爪的改进设计、操作使用和模拟海试提供依据。
The domestic knuckle boom pipe crane has a large swing during the test in factory,especially operated by the unskilled personnel,and may be greater on the floating drilling platform.Through the three-dimensional modeling software UG,the model of knuckle boom pipe crane and the sea condition have been established respectively.The dynamic software ADAMS has been used to simulate the operation of the freedom overhanging gripper when the knuckle boom pipe crane is installed on the fixed drilling platform and the floating drilling platform.The results show that the main factors that influence the freedom overhanging gripper swing are the speed of start and stop and the proficiency of the operator,while the influence of the sea condition is relatively small.The faster the operation of the freedom overhanging gripper is,the greater the pendulum is.After 2 to 3 vibrations,the swing amplitude declined.When the freedom overhanging gripper start slowed down,the swing was significantly reduced.The swing frequency of the freedom overhanging gripper at no load was obviously greater than that under load.The study could provide bases for the freedom overhanging gripper design improvement,operation and simulation under sea condition and for the cancellation of the author's concerns.
