摘要
介绍了油库车用乙醇汽油项目工艺设计的方法。在车用乙醇汽油改造项目中,要根据原有汽油的经营量确定变性燃料乙醇的库容,并确定合适的储罐容积及类型。管道调和是最普遍的调和方式,要根据不同油库的具体情况来选用合适的流程,选用卸油泵和发油泵时要综合考虑多种因素。储存、输送变性燃料乙醇和乙醇汽油所用的设备、管道及管件、阀门、垫片等的材质都应保证其适用于变性燃料乙醇。
        The process design method of vehicle alcohol gasoline project in oil depot was introduced. In the renovation project of vehicle alcohol gasoline depot, the storage capacity of modified alcohol should be determined as well as the appropriate storage tank volume and type according to the original operating data of gasoline in the oil deport. Pipeline blending is the most common blending method. Appropriate process flow should be selected according to the specific conditions of different oil depots. A variety of factors should be taken into account when selecting pumps in the process of receiving and delivering oil. Materials such as equipment pipes,fittings and valve gaskets used to store and transport modified alcohol and vehicle ethanol gasoline should ensure that they are suitable for modified alcohol.
