世界一流学科的演进规律及启示——基于康奈尔大学的实践探索

摘要
一流大学源于一流学科,一流学科支撑一流大学。农业科学居世界前列的康奈尔大学在政府法案赋权和资助扶持政策之下,坚持教学、科研和推广一体化发展模式,在服务农业产业中建设世界一流学科,在建设世界一流大学和一流学科中引领产业转型,实现了高校与产业产教融合、双赢发展。追溯康奈尔大学农业科学的发展历史,揭示农业科学的发展规律,可以更加深入地了解美国农业科学的发展轨迹与内在逻辑,对于我国高等农业教育改革发展和高等农业院校世界一流学科建设具有重要借鉴价值。
The first-class university originates from the first-class discipline,and the first-class discipline supports the first-class university. Under the suppout policy from the government and the empowerment by the bill,the Cornell University,which is one of the leading worldwide universities in agricultural science,adheres to the integrated development model of teaching,scientific research and extension,as well as constructs a world firstclass discipline in the service of agricultural industry,and leads the industrial transformation through the construction of world first-class university and first-class discipline,achieving the integration of university and industry and win-win development. Tracing the development history of agricultural science of Cornell University and revealing the law of agricultural science,we can deeply understand the development track and logic of American agricultural science,which will have significant reference value for the reform and development of higher agricultural education in China and the construction of the world first-class discipline in higher agricultural colleges and universities.
