无创呼吸机辅助治疗时机对急性左心衰竭并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的影响

摘要
目的评价无创呼吸机辅助治疗时机对急性左心衰竭并存Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者带来的影响效果。方法随机将70例急性左心衰竭并存Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者分为,试验组(35例)实行早期无创呼吸机辅助治疗,对照组(35例)实行延迟无创呼吸机辅助治疗,统计治疗前后各项指标。结果试验组治疗后氧分压检测值显著大于对照组,试验组治疗后动脉压检测值、心率检测值、呼吸频率检测值显著小于对照组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);试验组气管插管及气管切开率(2. 86%)明显少于对照组(3. 37%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对急性左心衰竭并存Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实行早期无创呼吸机辅助治疗的效果优于延迟无创呼吸机辅助治疗。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the timing of non-invasive ventilator adjuvant therapy on patients with acute left heart failure complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods 70 cases of patients with acute left heart failure complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into experimental group( 35 cases) and control group( 35 cases). Early and delayed non-invasive ventilator adjuvant therapy were respectively implemented to the two groups. All the indexes were collected before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the test value of oxygen partial pressure of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the detection value of arterial pressure,heart rate and respiratory frequency of the experimental group were significantly lower( P < 0. 01). The treatment efficiency of the test group( 82. 87%) was significantly higher than that of the control team( 60. 00%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The trachea intubation and tracheotomy rate( 2. 86%) in the test group were significantly less than that of the control team( 3. 37%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of early non-invasive ventilator adjuvant therapy on patients with acute left heart failure complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure is better than that of delayed noninvasive ventilator adjuvant therapy.
