摘要
通过对螺纹铣削加工工艺的分析,详细阐述螺纹铣削加工刀具的选择,螺纹铣削编程方法,以及基于Vericut仿真软件进行实体仿真的具体方法。最后,通过应用实践,证明了采用螺纹铣削加工工艺,能在数控加工中心上优质高效的加工各种螺纹,对零件的螺纹铣削加工提供了一定的参考和借鉴作用。
Through the analysis of the thread milling process, the selection of the non threaded milling cutter, the thread milling programming and the concrete method of the solid simulation based on the Vericut simulation software are described. Through the application practice, it is proved that the thread milling process can be used in the CNC machining center to process all kinds of threads with high quality and high efficiency, which provides some reference and reference for the thread milling of the parts.
