摘要
针对20 000 TEU超大集装箱船双层底分段和箱位精度控制问题,对双层底分段建造过程进行分析,提出具体的精度控制措施并现场实施,总结经验,形成规范的作业标准书,使双层底建造和复板安装达到精度要求,从而提升双层底搭载原始坡口保留率,减少箱位调节板使用量,保证集装箱船大舱箱位精度。
Aiming at the precision control problem of double bottom section at container location of 20000 TEU very large container ship(VLCS),the construction process of double bottom section was analyzedto put forward specific precision control measures on site. The experience was summarized to form a standardized operation standard book,which can make the construction of double bottom and installation of cladding plate meet the accuracy requirements,thereby improving the retention rate of original groove of double bottom loading and reducing the adjustment plate usage at container location,so as to ensure the accuracy of large container space for VLCS.
