摘要
"一带一路"战略构想的关键是加强道路联通,采用变轨距技术是解决铁路运输中轨距差异的最有效的方法。介绍国外变轨距锁紧机构的结构原理,分析动车组转向架中采用变轨距技术的机制,设计出一种适用于1 435/1 520 mm轨距的变轨距轮对锁紧机构方案,并对关键部件进行强度校核。
        The key of "the Belt and Road" strategic vision is to strengthen road connectivity. The application of gauge-changing technology is the most effective method of strengthening connectivity in railway transportation. The structural principle of the foreign gauge-changeable locking mechanism was introduced, and the mechanism of gauge-changing technology in high-speed EMU bogie was analyzed. A locking mechanism of gauge-changeable wheel sets(applicable to 1 435/1 520 mm gauge) was designed. The intensity of the key part of locking mechanism was checked.
