摘要
汽车驻车拉索支架设计的合理性直接影响着零部件的正常功能使用,而其支架的模态及强度性能是否满足要求又起到了关键性作用。文章通过数值模拟分析方法,对驻车拉索支架进行模态及强度仿真分析,结合应力最大的薄弱区域进行了结构优化设计。对优化方案重新进行仿真分析,分析结果满足零件设计性能要求,有效地指导了工程方案的改进设计,为相关车型支架设计及仿真分析提供了宝贵经验。
The rationality of the design of the parking cable bracket for automobile has a direct impact on the normal use, and the modal and strength performance of the bracket whether meet the requirements has play a key role. In this paper, the modal and strength analysis of parking cable bracket was carried out by means of the method of numerical simulation, combining with the weakest area where had high stress to optimize the structure. The optimization scheme was re-simulated and analyzed, the analysis result meet the requirement of the bracket, which guides the improvement of the project scheme,providing a valuable experience for the design and simulation of the bracket.
