摘要

高校基层党组织活动是高校党组织开展的各类活动的总称,活动所达到的成效与预定结果的相符程度称为活动的有效性。新形势下,基层党组织活动有效性是衡量基层党组织活动开展优劣情况的重要依据。由于外部环境多元、投入有限、活动方式内容单一等因素,基层党组织活动的有效性大大降低。作为高校,转变认识发挥自身优势,加强党建工作队伍建设,实施党组织活动"项目化"管理等是提升基层党组织活动有效性的重要举措。
        The activity of elementary Party organizations is a generic term for all activities carried out by the Party organizations in colleges and universities. The consistency between its result and expectation is viewed as its effectiveness,which is an important basis in measuring the strength and weakness of lementary Party organizational activities in the new situation. Owing to the multicultural environment,limited input,unimodal content and etc.,the effectiveness of activities has been significantly reduced. For universities,it is a necessity to change ideology,give full play to its own advantage,strengthen the work of Party building and organize party activities through "Project- Management etc.,in order to promote the effectiveness of elementary Party organizational activities.
