摘要
根据某型号高超声速风洞喷管工件的结构和尺寸分析了加工要点。喷管内型面具有加工难度大、加工工艺复杂以及质量要求高等特点。通过工装设计,结合现有设备,优化了加工工艺,在降低生产成本的同时提高了生产效率。实践证明:此种优化工艺的方法使喷管型面的加工质量和加工效率得到有效提高,对此类工件的机械加工具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper analyses the processing key points according the structure and size of a hypersonic wind tunnel nozzle part. There are some characteristics about the processing of nozzle inner surface,such as difficult to cut,complex processing technology and high quality requirements. Through the equipment design and application of the current equipment,the processing technology is optimized,and the production efficiency is improved while the production cost is reduced. It is proved by practice that this kind of technology optimization can improve the processing quality and efficiency of the nozzle inner surface,and it can be used for reference to the machining of this kind of part.
