摘要

在技术服务开发项目背景下,为了进一步满足高职院校师资队伍建设的人数、质量等要求,高职院校普遍聘请了兼职教师展开实际的教学。基于此,本文对技术服务开发项目背景下高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的重要性进行了分析,探究了技术服务开发项目背景下高职院校兼职教师发展面临的问题,重点阐述了技术服务开发项目背景下高职院校兼职教师发展的具体策略。
        In the context of technical service development projects, in order to further meet the requirements for the number and quality of the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges have generally hired part-time teachers to carry out practical teaching. Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of technical service development projects, explores the problems faced by the development of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of technical service development projects, and focuses on the specific strategy for the development of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of technical service development projects.
