摘要
考察了4种不同形貌的碳酸钙对双组分室温硫化(RTV-2)硅橡胶流变学及力学性能的影响。研究发现:碳酸钙原生粒径及二次粒径越小,所制备的A组分具有较大的稠度值及挤出性;形貌为球状或立方体状的碳酸钙填充的A组分在受到较强结构破坏后能够较快地恢复到起始的状态。从力学性能对比可以看出,原生粒径及二次粒径越小所制得的RTV-2具有更优异的力学性能;同时,粉料形貌在一定程度上也会影响最终密封胶的力学性能。
The article studies the influences of 4 types of calcium carbonate with different morphologies on the rheological and mechanical properties of double-component room temperature vulcanized(RTV-2) silicone rubber. Results show: the smaller the primary particle size and secondary particle size are, the higher consistency value and extrusion property the prepared A component will have; after suffered from serious structural damages, the A component filled with globular or cubical calcium carbonate can recover to its initiative state faster. The mechanical property comparison reveals that the RTV-2 prepared with smaller sizes of primary particle and secondary particle possesses more excellent mechanical property;meanwhile the morphology of powder material will also affect the mechanical property of the final sealant to some extent.
