摘要
胶质鞋底成型的快速高效和产品切割面质量的美观圆润至关重要,基于旋转轴法向跟踪的切割技术可将图样规划成数据连贯、路径清晰、拐角平滑的加工路径,按照CAN通信协议,指令和数据经过编码由上位发送至下位解码执行。整体系统由上位、下位和外围模块组成;上位采用Linux系统嵌入式平台,可灵活切换图样、编辑图样;下位采用"ARM11+PCL6045B"结构模式运动控制器,可保证运动的平稳性、切割的高效性和产品成样的美观性。
        It is very important for fast and efficient molding and beautiful round cut surface quality for product of colloid sole,the cutting technology based on the normal tracking plans the pattern to processing path which the data is consistent,and the path is clear,and the corners are smooth, according to CAN communication protocol,the instructions and data are encoded and sent from the soft system to the controller for decoding and processing. The whole system consists of soft system,the controller and peripheral module;The soft system adopts Linux system embedded platform which can switch pattern and edit pattern flexibly;the controller uses a structure of "ARM11 + PCL6045 B" mode,which can guarantee the stability of movement,high efficiency of cutting and beautiful appearance of product sample.
