摘要
目的探讨骆驼奶对2型糖尿病患者血糖,血脂和血压的影响。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月期间在我院住院及门诊就诊的48例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。对每一位受试者根据性别、年龄、运动强度、理想体重及既往生活习惯等规定相应的饮食,采用原治疗方案(即饮食控制+运动+降糖药物)治疗3个月,在原治疗方案的基础上,按推荐服用方法服所提供的20g受试样品,每日两次,治疗3个月,前后共治疗6个月。观察患者服用骆驼奶前后临床症状的变化。比较联合骆驼奶治疗前后患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及血压等指标的变化。结果患者服用骆驼奶粉后口干多饮、多食易饥、乏力、多尿等症状均得到一定程度的改善;空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)水平较前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对血压、总胆固醇(TC)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等指标的作用不明显(P>0.05)。结论骆驼奶联合降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病可有效改善患者的症状,降低患者空腹血糖和甘油三酯,更好地控制患者血糖、血脂水平,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高。
        Objective To investigate the effects of camel milk on blood sugar, blood lipids and blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Forty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized and outpatients in our hospital from May 2017 to May 18, 2017 were selected as subjects. Each subject was treated according to gender, age, exercise intensity, ideal weight and original living habits, and the original treatment plan(iediet control + exercise + hypoglycemic drugs) was used for 3 months in the original treatment plan. On the basis of the recommended method, take 20 g of the test sample twice a day for 3 months, before and after treatment for 6 months. Observe the changes in clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Comparison of fasting blood glucose(FBG) before and after treatment with camel milk, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL), low density lipoprotein(LDL), and blood pressure Such changes. Results After taking the camel milk powder, the patients were more likely to have more dry mouth, more hunger, fatigue, and more urine. The fasting blood glucose(FBG)and triglyceride(TG) were lower than the previous ones. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). And for blood pressure,total cholesterol(TC), postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(2 hPBG), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), low-density lipoprotein(LDL), etc.were not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Camel milk combined with hypoglycemic drugs for the treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, reduce fasting blood glucose and triglycerides, better control the patient's blood sugar,blood lipid levels, and no obvious adverse reactions, high safety.
