摘要
为研究叠合装配式地下综合管廊(FSSUT)墙体接缝的受剪性能,以接缝类型和钢筋笼箍筋搭接长度为参数,开展了4块叠合装配式地下综合管廊墙板接缝试件的受剪性能试验研究,得到了试件的破坏现象和破坏形态、剪力-位移关系曲线以及受剪承载力和极限位移。研究结果表明:钢筋笼搭接长度为500 mm的"平湿缝"和"齿状湿缝"的受剪承载力较钢筋笼搭接长度为200 mm的"干缝"和"齿状湿缝"的明显提高,剪切变形亦明显增大;钢筋笼搭接长度为500 mm的"平湿缝"和"齿状湿缝"的破坏形态均为延性破坏,钢筋笼搭接长度为200 mm的"干缝"和"齿状湿缝"的破坏形态为脆性破坏。
        Experiments of four new joints of fabricated sandwich structure of utility tunnel(FSSUT) walls specimens with different parameters of joint types and lap length of hoop of steel bar cage were carried out in order to research shear capacity of the joints. Failure mode, failure phenomenon and shear load-displacement curves were analyzed.The shear capacity and ultimate displacement of four specimens were obtained. The research results show that the shear capacity and displacement of tooth-shaped wet joint and plane wet joint of 500 mm lap length of hoop in steel bar cage is much higher than that of wet joint and dry joint of 200 mm lap length of hoop in steel bar cage. The failure modes of tooth-shaped wet joint and plane wet joint of 500 mm lap length of hoop in steel bar cage are ductile failure and the failure modes of dry wet and tooth-shaped wet joint of 200 mm lap length of hoop in steel bar cage are brittle failure.
