摘要
目的评价牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的疗效,评价Florida探针和普通牙周探针测量牙周袋深度的可重复性。方法对10例慢性牙周炎患者在牙周基础治疗前后,分别使用Florida探针和普通牙周探针重复测量牙周袋深度,记录探诊深度、出血指数和松动度,分别比较两种探针在治疗前和治疗后PD值的可重复性,并比较治疗前后患者PD、BI和MOB的变化。结果在牙周基础治疗前后,两种探针测量的PD值均具有较好的重复性(P>0.05),牙周基础治疗能够有效控制牙周炎症,明显降低患牙的PD、BI和MOB(P<0.05)。结论 Florida探针和普通牙周探针测量PD值均具有良好的可重复性,能够可靠的应用于牙周临床研究;牙周基础治疗能够有效控制牙周炎症,是治疗牙周炎的有效措施。
        Objective To evaluate the curative effect of non-surgical treatment on chronic periodontitis and the reproducibility of the pocket depth measurement with Florida probe and conventional periodontal probe. Methods The pocket depths of 10 patient with chronic periodontitis were measured by Florida probe and conventional periodontal probe respectively before and after non-surgical treatment. The probing depth, the bleeding index, and the mobility were recorded. The PD measurement repeatability of two kinds of probes and the patients' PD, BI, and MOB before and after treatment were compared respectively. Results Before and after periodental non-surgical treatment, the PD measurement of two kinds of probes both had good repeatability(P > 0.05). The periodental nonsurgical treatment could effectively control the periodontal inflammation, and significantly reduced the PD, BI and MOB of patient's teeth(P < 0.05). Conclusion Florida probe and conventional periodontal probe both have good repeatability in the measurement of PD, and can be reliably applied to periodontal clinical research. Periodental nonsurgical treatment is a good therapy which can effectively control the periodontal inflammation.
