基于“三生”视角的山地丘陵区土地整治功能分区——以重庆市綦江区为例

摘要
采用"三生"功能指数测算和系统聚类分析相结合的方法,以重庆市綦江区为例,进行土地整治分区研究。结果表明:(1)各街镇地形差异较大,其"三生"功能指数随立地条件的不同呈现出明显的空间分异性。生产功能指数与立地条件指数在0.05水平上呈显著正相关(r=0.522),生活功能指数与立地条件指数在0.01水平上呈显著正相关(r=0.595),生态条件指数与立地条件指数相关性不显著,相关系数为负(r=-0.134)。(2)结合聚类结果和实际情况,将研究区分为4个土地整治区,并提出相应的整治措施。
        Taking Qijiang District in Chongqing as the study area,an empirical research was conducted to practice the land consolidation zoning method through comprehensive evaluation of functional index and systematic cluster analysis. The results showed:(1) The functional index of production,living and ecology varied with the site conditions. Production functional index and the living functional index were positively correlated with site condition index at the 0. 05( r = 0. 522) and 0. 01 significant level( r = 0. 595),respectively. Ecological functional index was not significantly associated but negatively related with the site condition index( r =-0. 134);(2) Combining the results of clustering and the actual situation,the study area was divided into 4 land remediation zones,followed by the corresponding strategies. In the Urban-rural Integrated Development Zone,the development intensity should be controlled and the space of production,living and ecology should be optimized. Industrial Transformation Oriented Zone should focus on accelerating industrial restructuring and upgrading and coordinating the relationship between industrial development and environmental protection. In Agricultural Land Remediation Oriented Zone,high standards basic farmland construction should be attached much importance to promote the modern agricultural development. Mountain ecological protection oriented zone should concentrate on strengthening the ecological system construction and promoting key scenic spots.
