摘要
为了探索秸秆资源的循环利用模式,提高秸秆利用率,采用对比试验设计,以常规种植葡萄为对照,研究了秸秆反应堆技术对葡萄内在品质指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,利用秸秆反应堆种植的葡萄果实总糖和还原糖含量略有提高,增幅分别为1.5%和4.2%;总酸含量显著降低,降幅为38.3%;有效酸度略有升高,增幅为5.60%;糖酸比和Vc含量显著提高,增幅分别为64.77%和44.93%。秸秆反应堆技术有助于提高葡萄果实的营养价值,并改善口感。
To explore the recycling mode of straw resource,and increase the utilization rate of straw,the effect of straw reactor on the inner quality of grape was studied compared with conventional planting. The results showed that straw reactor could increase the total sugar and reducing sugar contents,which increased by 1.5%and 4.2%,respectively. Straw reactor significantly reduced the total acid content,which declined by 38.3%. The valid acidity increased by 5.60%. Straw reactor could significantly increase the sugar-acid ratio and Vc content,which was 64.77% and 44.93% higher than CK. Straw reactor plantation is helpful to improve the nutritional value and taste of grape.
