基于数据挖掘刘尚义教授治疗脑梗的临床用药特点

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,应用数据挖掘技术对"国医大师"刘尚义教授治疗脑梗的临床用药特点进行分析。方法:将2014年1月到2015年10月就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊脑梗患者信息输入系统中,对患者的用药频次进行描述统计,采用关联规则阿Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,探讨刘尚义教授治疗脑梗的用药特点。结果:82首方剂中使用频次在20次以上的药物一共有12味,出现频次由高到底前三位的药物组合分别是"胆南星、白附片","胆南星、蜈蚣","川芎、胆南星"。结论:挖掘出刘尚义教授治疗脑梗的常用药物、药物组合,并从中反映了脑梗的病机治法,为总结名老中医经验开辟新的方法。
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of the "National medical master"Professor Liu Shangyi treatment of Cerebral infarction by using data mining technology based on traditional Chinese medicine and the application of data mining technology. Methods: from January of 2014 to 2015 October visit to Liu Shangyi Professor Guo Yi Tang in section for outpatients Cerebral infarction patient information input system,the patient 's medication frequency of descriptive statistics,no supervision and data mining method by using association rules Apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering,to discuss the characteristics of medication for Prof. of Liu Shangyi's treatment of Cerebral infarction. Results: 82 prescriptions in frequency of use drug in more than 20 times,a total of 12 kinds,frequency from high in the end of three drug combinations are"arisaema with bile,Fuzi","arisaema with bile,centipede","chuanxiong,arisaema with bile. " Conclusion: Mining commonly used drugs,Professor of Liu Shangyi in the treatment of ovarian tumor drug combination,and it reflects the pathogenesis of Cerebral infarction,develop a new method for summing up the experience of old tcm.
