基于数据挖掘分析刘尚义治疗膀胱癌的临床用药特点

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析"国医大师"刘尚义教授治疗膀胱癌的临床用药特点。方法:将2014年1月—2015年7月就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊膀胱癌患者信息输入系统中,采用关联规则阿Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,探讨刘尚义教授治疗膀胱癌的临床用药特点。结果:对筛选出的150例处方进行分析,确定处方中药物使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出12个核心组合和6个新方。结论:刘教授治疗膀胱癌多用养阴散结、清热利尿之品。运用中医传承辅助平台从中探索刘尚义教授治疗膀胱癌的临床用药特点,为总结名老中医经验开辟新的方法。
Objective: To analyze LIU Shangyi'sclinical medicine characteristics of bladder cancer by using traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) inheritance support system. Methods: Collect the prescriptions for patients with bladder cancer form January2014 to July 2015 and then the data was entered into TCM inheritance support system and composing principles were analyzed by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results: Based on the analysis of 150 prescriptions,the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed and 12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor LIU is good at using the tmethods of nourishing Yin,dissipating the mass,clearing heat and promoting diuresis to treat bladder cancer. TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze senior TCM doctors' clinical experience: It is good to explore the characteristics of clinical medicine of professor LIU for bladder cancer by using traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) inheritance support system,which opens a new way to sum up the experience of the famous old Chinese medicine doctors.
