“一带一路”背景下民族地区公共数字文化资源开发与传播研究——以内蒙古地区为例

2016年文化部公布的《文化部"一带一路"文化发展行动计划(2016-2020年)》指出,要进一步建立、完善"一带一路"文化数据库,打造公共数字文化支撑平台。内蒙古自治区是"一带一路"的四条线路之一的中俄蒙经济带中重要的地区之一,起到了对外文化传播不可替代的作用。在新时代环境的大背景下,对民族地区为主要沿线地区公共数字文化资源的开发、建设以及传播显得尤为重要。文章在"一带一路"背景下对内蒙古地区公共文化数字资源开发、建设、传播的框架下展开的具体研究讨论。
《Action Plan for Cultural Development of the Belt and Road,Ministry of Culture( 2016-2020) 》announced by the Ministry of Culture in 2016 points out the culture database of the Belt and Road should be improved and the platform for public digital culture should be constructed. Inner Mongolia,one of the key areas in the China-Mongolia-Russia economic belt,plays an irreplaceable role in the international cultural communication. Under the background of new times,it is very important to explore,construct and communicate the public digital culture resources in minority areas. The paper did a study in Inner Mongolia.
