摘要
目的探讨Notch和Wnt信号和其下游信号分子Hesl和Axin2在人子宫内膜癌中的表达及其相关性。方法检测37例正常人子宫内膜、内膜增生和子宫内膜癌中Notch1和Wnt信号的表达以及Hesl和Axin2的表达情况。结果内膜增生组和癌组Notch1和Wnt的表达均强于正常组(P<0.05)。Hesl表达在正常组和子宫内膜增生组类似,在癌组中表达升高;Axin2的表达在三组中类似,都较低,差异不显著。HES1则在癌组中表达升高。结论 Notch1和wnt的表达均与子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关,HES1主要参与了子宫内膜癌的进展变化。
        Objective The expression and correlation of Notch and Wnt signal and its downstream signaling molecules Hesl and Axin2 in endometrial carcinoma were discussed. Method The expression of the Notch1 and Wnt signals in the endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma of 37 patients were detected, as well as the expression of Hesl and Axin2.Results The expression of notch1 and wnt was very weak in normal endometrium, but was increased in endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma stepwisely with significant differences. The expression of HES1 was similar in normal endometrial tissues and the proliferative phase, with a slight predominance in endometrial carcinomas; The expression of Axin2 was similar weak in the three teams, there was no differences. Conclusions The abnormal activation of notch and wnt pathway is involved in the endometrial carcinoma possibly in an auto-paracrine fashion, suggesting the possibility of the wnt and notch pathway being a novel candidate for molecular targeting with different roles.
