摘要
水捕集回收干燥冷却机(DC)首层废热具有重要的节能和环保意义。DC首层出口废汽温度通常控制在74℃,水蒸气含量为22. 2%左右,相对湿度80. 6%。逆流捕集可将废汽中大部分粕沫捕集下来,并将水加热至70. 8℃,通过刮刀过滤器除去粕沫后,热水给进干燥风机的进口冷风加热,可将冷风温度从25℃加热至64. 8℃。5 000 t/d大豆加工生产线,增加水捕集节能系统每吨大豆可节约蒸汽消耗7. 5 kg,对节约总蒸汽消耗具有明显的效果。
        Water trapping to recovery heat from DC first tray has important energy saving and environmental protection significance. The waste vapor from DC first tray with the temperature of 74 ℃,in which has 22. 2% steam,results in the relative humidity of 80. 6%. By countercurrent contacting,most of fines in the waste vapor were washed down,and water could be heated to 70. 8 ℃. After fines in the water were removed by scraper filter,the hot water was used to heat the cold wind from drying fan inlet from 25 ℃ to 64. 8 ℃. For 5 000 t/d soybean processing line,adding water trapping system could reduce steam consumption of 7. 5 kg/t,and the effect of saving total steam comsuption was obvious.
