心理治疗对美沙酮维持治疗脱失患者的作用进展

摘要
随着我国医疗事业的不断发展,许多医院均开展了吸毒人群美沙酮维持治疗的方式,美沙酮维持治疗不仅能够使吸毒患者戒掉毒瘾,减少艾滋病的感染几率,还能帮助其恢复生理功能、心理功能和社会功能,为患者回归社会奠定了基础~([1-2])。但单纯的药物治疗无法满足毒瘾患者戒毒过程中的心理需求,因此对患者加以心理治疗干预,使患者心理状况得到极大的改善,建立起积极良好的心理环境,提高了治疗的依从性,从而降低了维持治疗患者的脱失率~([3])。基于此,本研究主要试分析心理治疗对美沙酮维持治疗脱失患者的干预效果,力求减少脱失患者的数量,促进我国稳定发展。
With the continuous development of China's medical industry, many hospitals have started drug maintenance methadone treatment methods. Methadone maintenance treatment not only enables drug users to quit drug addiction, reduce the probability of AIDS infection, but also help restore its physiological function, psychological function and social function, laid the foundation for the patient's return to society~( [1-2]). However, simple drug treatment can not meet the psychological needs of drug addiction patients in the course of drug treatment, so psychological treatment intervention in patients, the patient's psychological status has been greatly improved, establish a positive and favorable psychological environment, improve the compliance of treatment, this reduces the rate of withdrawal in patients who maintain treatment~([3]). Based on this, this study mainly attempts to analyze the effects of psychotherapy on the patients with methadone maintenance treatment loss, and try their best to reduce the number of patients who lose their body and promote the stable development of our country.
